A young person who lives in Lebanon, NJ is looking for a Self-Directed Employee (SDE / DSP) to assist them with getting connected to their community and to help them further their personal growth.
The role of the SDE / DSP (Self-Directed Employee) is to report to the individual and the ideal candidate should be outgoing, encouraging, open-minded, creative, person-centered, and have reliable transportation.
A basic understanding of the Internet and computers is highly recommended.
Schedule of Services :
Hours : 6 to 10 per week with a potential opportunity to increase with the right candidate.
Preferably afternoons and flexible weekends
Pay rate : Starting at $22.

Qualifications :
- Open-minded and come with a positive attitude and flexibility.
- Knowledge of Hunterdon County is not mandatory but is a plus.
- Must be willing to accept to see people for who they are and not as a label.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A college degree or in college is a plus.
- Must be willing to use their own vehicle for transport.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be willing to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to pass a drug screening.
- Is authorized to legally work in the United States.
