A young man who lives with his mom is looking for a Self-Directed Employee LPN or RN (SDE LPN/ RN) who can assist him with in-home private duty nursing as well as variety of tasks which include but not limited to; assistance with transfer, using the bathroom; light housekeeping for his room; his bathroom, and refill supplies; assistance with eating/ meal preparation (must be able to identify his variable needs); and other areas of support. Other duties will be assigned as the young man’s needs change and evolve. The SDE LPN/ RN will use a feeding tube for some medication administration and supplement feeds includes but not limited to cleaning it. SDE LPN/ RN will be trained by the family if needed. A great job for nurse looking to work part-time or full-time in someone’s home and not a medical facility. Other duties would include oral administering medications and assisting with medication management. Experience in memory care is a plus.
This young man is a sports fan who has two favorite NFL teams, the Eagles and the Bengals, and enjoys watching the Flyers. He enjoys going to the mall and is also looking to get connected to his community. He also enjoys reading books and watching movies. He has a great sense of humor and has a genuine and sensitive personality. The SDE LPN/ RN should be available to provide a rotating schedule of 2/3/2 (every other weekend off). Hours are determined around the need of the person.
Schedule of Services:
Rotating Schedule of 2/3/2.
Rate of Pay:
LPN:- $32 per hour
RN:-$49 per hour

- Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
Salary : $32 - $49
