Description:
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing top-notch administrative support? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Collection Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Collection Department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
Bankruptcy Management: Handle bankruptcy filings and related documentation.
Collateral Sales: Prepare documents for the sale of surrendered, repossessed, or foreclosed collateral.
Confidentiality: Maintain and organize sensitive information.
Account Documentation: Record member account details in our automated system.
Charge-Offs: Process loans and credit cards for charge-off and manage third-party collections.
Financial Processing: Submit invoices and check requests, and handle debt management proposals.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly reports for management and the Board of Directors.
Notice Generation: Complete requests for various default and demand notices.
Procedure Updates: Keep procedure manuals up-to-date.
Supply Management: Handle department supply orders and mail.
Market Reporting: Complete monthly secondary market and Private Mortgage Insurance default reporting.
Property Inspections: Order and process property inspection reports.
Transaction Processing: Manage monetary and non-monetary transactions.
Insurance Claims: File Private Mortgage claims and expense reimbursement claims.
Tax Reporting: Complete tax reporting for loan foreclosures, charge-offs, and settlements.
Performance Goals: Meet all assigned performance management goals.

Compliance: Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act, including completing necessary reports.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time, hourly position working 20 hours a week. The schedule for this role will generally be Monday through Friday working 4 hours shift preferably between 8:00am – 1:00pm with no weekends.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Collections.
Minimum of one (1) year of Business Administration experience or education.
Knowledge and/or experience with systems including Freddie Mac Site Programs (EDR, SLA, and Expense Reimbursement), VA, and WHEDA.
Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training. Training is held at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
