Royal Crest Dairy has been delivering high-quality, local products to customers' doorsteps since 1927.
As a Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our loyal customer base by engaging with customers who are considering canceling their service and providing solutions to retain them.
Job Duties Include
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers looking to cancel their service.
- Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to customers approaching the 60-day inactive window.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in customer accounts to track interactions.
- Ensure timely customer communication in alignment with leadership expectations.
