What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Production Worker - Dairy Processor position at Royal Crest Dairy?
Royal Crest Dairy, a family owned and operated company, is looking for a dairy processor/operator at our processing plant in Longmont, CO. We are looking for someone that is hardworking and self-motivated and driven with a teamwork attitude, and someone who wants to be a part of a fun team that is changing and evolving in our goals.
You will work at our processing facility working with moving machinery. The position requires moderate lifting of 35-50 lbs, and is primarily located on our production floor standing and operating machines for the entirety of your shift. We operate a fast paced production facility, but without the high pressure environment you may find at other facilities. You will find yourself surrounded by a support group of coworkers all working towards the same goals in a productive way. We offer training for our employees in order to operate 3 different machines throughout their shift. We have room for advancement within the company that includes additional responsibilities and pay increases!
An ideal candidate is one that pays close attention to the task at hand and is comfortable conducting repetitive motions throughout their shift.
Pay: $23/hr or more DOE
Schedule: We work four 10 hour shifts (Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri). You get Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday OFF! We do offer occasional overtime when business needs dictate, and we pay accordingly! HOURS ARE 12AM - 10AM
