Four bed residential group home with independent residents

Hiring for the following shifts:

Full Time 8 hour AND Every other weekend

Duties:

• Provide
• Assist with daily activities and meal preparation
• Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress
• Promote independence and encourage participation in social and recreational activities
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is maintained
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
  
  

Experience:

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years old
  
  

Note: Experience or education in social work, childcare, or working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus.
