About us
Royal Diversified is a family-owned manufacturing company in Warren, RI that's been in business for over 75 years. We supply our customers with the parts they need to make everything from spaceships to handbags and most of them have been coming to us for years. That's why we're looking for outgoing people to join our team and get to know the person on the other end of the phone, whether they be in Massachusetts or Mexico, California or Canada, or anywhere in between.
Must be comfortable on the phone. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus. Primary duties include
- answering phones and e-mails
- assisting customers in placing orders
- responding to customers' questions and problems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
