Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position. Training will be provided and compensation will be commensurate.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Representative:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions while closing sales directly with clients' leads
- Handling customer order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Recommends products that will meet customers’ needs while making an effort to upsell products and services
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by upper management if needed
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
- Product knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Resolving Conflict, Multi-tasking
- High school diploma or equivalent
