We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to enter information into our database from paper documents. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database at our East Memphis location!
Data Entry Clerk
- Candidate must be highly proficient with typing skills . Keying data, both Alpha and Numerical, to ensure Customer sales contracts are complete and accurate.
- Applicant must be extremely detail oriented and able to identify discrepancies
- Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory
- Accurately read, count and write in order to complete all needed documentation regarding detailed customer orders
- Must be willing to be available to work Monday -Saturday and holidays based on store needs.
- Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and / or instructed by management
- Able to multitask and effectively communicate
- At least 1 year of proven experience as data entry clerk
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Must have a friendly, helpful demeanor and professional appearance
