Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, ensuring it fits their space, style, and budget.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Takes, verifies and processes customer orders.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Process transactions and payments efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in organizing and displaying furniture on the sales floor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues.
Skills
