What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Royal Glass Company?
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Duties:- Correspondence via Email
- Create/edit written correspondence
- Typing up proposals/various forms- Filling out job specific pay-apps- Ordering insurance- Positive customer/client interaction
- Answering phones
- Filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying
- Data Entry
- Create Excel spreadsheets as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned MUST HAVES:
- At least 4 years in an administrative support role
- Type 50 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to prioritize tasks
- Quick learner
- Initiative- Operate 4-line phone system
- The ability to work autonomously and use common sense
