- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide support in emergency situations by responding promptly to residents needs.
- Assist nursing staff in providing hospice care for terminally ill patients.
- Help lift and transfer residents safely using appropriate technique s and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document residents information accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care in our facilities.
- Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.
- Proficient in lifting techniques to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care and the specific needs of residents.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain resident confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations during an emergency .
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents , families, and other healthcare professionals.
