- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols and document residents' information accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of resident care principles and practices.
- The ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.
- Proficiency in lifting techniques to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care and the specific needs of residents.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain resident confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
