Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality resident care, support the nursing staff, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, providing support in emergency situations, and collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to promote resident-centered care.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
