Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality resident care, supporting the nursing staff and ensuring residents receive the best possible treatment.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care and the specific needs of residents.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain resident confidentiality.
