The Administrative Assistant for the Engineering/Maintenance Department assists in administering support for all administrative functions to ensure the department meets all levels of operations. They will assist in accurately maintaining inventory, billing and work schedules for the management team and workers.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and self-motivated with masterful time management. Administrative background is required, through an office setting, with a proven skill set in administrative functions. The ideal candidate also has some knowledge of event planning/coordination experience, and/or administrative experience in hotel operations.

- Ability to speak, read and write in the English language.
- High degree of skill in organization and time management, with keen attention to detail.
- High degree of computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to operate event- booking software Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and etiquette for both written or spoken communication.
- Natural aptitude for guest service and a calm, pleasant disposition, to establish rapport with clients, vendors and staff.
- Ability to think and act quickly to find alternate solutions to potential challenges.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain timely communication with several internal and external contacts at a time.
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide accurate event information to all required parties within the established time frames.
- Ability to assist operational team with production questions.
- Ability to assist Manager with collecting and processing client payments and vendor invoices.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
