The Outlet Cashier/Order Taker plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept payment from guests and make correct change.
- Assist the Host/Hostess in greeting and seating guests.
- Operate the approved credit card machine.
- Prepare cashier reports and pay out servers' tips, if applicable.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:
- Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
- Be attentive to guests' needs and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience.
- Properly take reservations for all outlets.
- Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in all applicable outlets.
