Job Description:
As a Female Luau Dancer with Royal Lahaina Resort, you will be an integral part of our luau show team. Your responsibilities will include performing high-energy dance numbers and skits, interacting with guests, and maintaining the performance standards as directed by our Artistic Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily rehearsals and trainings to maintain performance standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain costumes and equipment in good condition
- Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings
- Learn and perform all dance numbers and songs for the show
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a show production role or equivalent
- Ability to work in conjunction with the Luau Artistic Director, Stage Manager, and other staff members
- Excellent guest service skills
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, reach, bend, and stoop frequently
