Job Description:
The Lead Lighting and Audio Manager will oversee the technical aspects of the Luau Show stage production, working closely with the Luau Artistic Director and other team members to ensure seamless execution.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as the candidate will be responsible for hiring, coordinating, coaching, counseling, and supervising the Lighting and Audio staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
