Royal Live Oaks Academy is a public charter school located in South Carolina. We are currently accepting applications for a certified Middle School math teacher for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Applicants are required to be certified teachers in the state of South Carolina. RLOA math teachers are expected to utilize a PBL based platform to create critical thinkers and problem solvers.
Candidates who are not qualified should hold all necessary qualifications to become qualified.
- South Carolina or other current state teaching certification in high school content area
- Bachelor’s Degree in content field w/PACE or other alternative licensure program enrollment; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in content field w/score ≥150 on Praxis II Content Test); OR
- Willingness to learn and use best practices in PBL the classroom
- Clean background check and TB letter (letter required upon hire)
Job Summary: Grades 6 - 8 Math certified teacher who possesses the ability and background necessary to teach in the following content areas:
- Middle Level Math, Algebra, Geometry
