Royal Manufacturing is an integrated provider of building products for the kitchen and bathroom. The company manufactures and distributes a variety of product offerings for the bath space including acrylic tubs for all designs, as well as shower pans. Royal Manufacturing also fabricates and installs custom countertops with a broad product offering including granite, engineered marble, quartz and solid surfaces.
As a Jr. Financial Analyst, you will collect, organize and interpret data and present findings to the Executive team and several department heads in this high visibility position. This position will work extensively in Excel and several software programs to collect, interpret and present data.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Financial Analyst with various month-end closing reports.
- Collaborate with operations team to gather and monitor key KPI’s.
- Assist Sales department to collect and interpret current customer trends and pricing.
- Manage and gather data from various departments for use in the monthly reporting package.
- Support updating monthly financial statements.
- Examine and validate sales data for customer rebates.
- Prepare and present reports for new directives.
- Build and maintain pricing models in Excel.
- Assess the needs of other departments to provide meaningful information to drive change.
- Provide support for the yearly budget process.
- Other projects as assigned (including assistance with automation projects in development)
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience combined
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative with little direction or direct supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail; accuracy is imperative
- A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excel Modeling experience a plus.
