Job Title: Auto Appraiser – New Car Dealership

Location: Royal Moore Toyota Hillsboro OR.

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekends Off

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $4,000 per month
• Commissions: Potential total earnings of $6,000 – $7,000 per month

Royal Moore Toyota is a leading new car dealership looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to join our team as an Auto Appraiser. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, analyzing vehicle values, and helping customers get the best deals.

• Evaluate and appraise vehicles from service customers who are interested in selling their cars.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining appraisal values and purchase offers.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain detailed records of appraisals and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to build relationships and enhance dealership reputation.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience and a people-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn—we provide full training on vehicle appraisals!
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• No prior appraisal experience needed – we will train you!
