We are seeking an experienced Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate law, and trust administration. As an integral part of our firm, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement estate plans that preserve wealth, minimize taxes, and ensure a smooth transfer of assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
- Draft and review estate planning documents
- Administer estates and trusts, including probate proceedings
