Job Responsibilities:
  • Process A/P invoices for the facility, with assistance from corporate.
  • Generate purchase orders and product receipts to facilitate invoice processing.
  • Enter expense reports for facility personnel to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Resolve routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, communicating resolutions to relevant parties.
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors and maintaining relationships with existing vendors.
  • Administer the facility credit card.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
