Job Responsibilities:
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Process A/P invoices for the facility, with assistance from corporate.
- Generate purchase orders and product receipts to facilitate invoice processing.
- Enter expense reports for facility personnel to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Resolve routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, communicating resolutions to relevant parties.
- Assist with onboarding new vendors and maintaining relationships with existing vendors.
- Administer the facility credit card.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
