Responsibilities of a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN):
- Working collaboratively with the Healthcare team to improve skin, wound and ostomy health throughout the organization
- Providing wound and ostomy care treatments
- Oversee the coordination for outpatient wound care
Qualifications for a Would Care Nurse (RN or LPN):
- Active, unrestricted licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current Wound Care certification and CDC Infection Prevention certification required or must be willing to obtain post-hire as a condition of employment.
