Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office, manage staff effectively, and drive revenue growth through cash services, marketing, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and all services provided at RPBMG.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective resource utilization.
  • Staff Management : Lead, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including staff scheduling, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.
  • Revenue Growth : Develop and implement strategies to increase cash service revenue, attract new patients, and retain existing ones.
  • Business Development : Identify opportunities for growth, build partnerships, and expand our patient base.
  • Marketing and Outreach : Design and execute marketing strategies, including social media, to promote services and increase community engagement.
  • Insurance Expertise : Ensure smooth operations for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes, including billing and compliance.
  • Third-Party Engagement : Participate in meetings with third parties, negotiate with vendors, and establish beneficial partnerships.
  • Office Planning : Oversee office planning and maintenance across multiple business locations.
  • Travel : Travel up to 25% of the time to manage and support multiple business locations as needed.
  • Patient Satisfaction : Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent service and efficient operations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare and business management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.
  • Experience in staff scheduling and managing multiple business locations.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in medical software and billing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
