What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Account Scheduler position at Royal Palm Pest Control?
We are looking for a reliable Customer Account Scheduler to complete our team. Their main focus will be to connect with our customers to set their appointment date for their upcoming service. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the daily schedule for all field employees. Additionally, the employee will prepare the paperwork for the next day's appointments.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently with little supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner while also possessing the ability to work as part of a team. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, honest and promote smooth running of the front office. Candidate must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We are a non-smoking company to include vaping. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Self-regulated time management to complete assigned duties in a timely fashion and in compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence including emails and letters.
- Create and update records and databases with customer information and other data.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Skills
- Knowledge of the Palm Coast and surrounding area is required.
- Ability to work efficiently to reach daily goals.
- Positive attitude even while handing stressful situations and during busy moments.
- Proven experience in a relevant front office role.
- Ability to retain information to carry out tasks.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain professionalism through written and oral correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to concentrate on the task at hand.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer skills. Training will be provided on our software.
- Qualifications in prior office phone handling will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle a high call volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Possession of a high school diploma.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
