ASSISTANT ROOMS MANAGER - ROYAL PALMS RESORT

The Role

As the Assistant Rooms Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division. This can include the front office staff, guest services, and housekeeping/laundry.. This position allows for great growth and development by being able to work in multiple outlets and venues across the resort. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training.

Assistant Rooms Managers must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Full Time Assistant Management Positions requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
• A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Candidates should possess proven leadership skills
