Our Kansas City, MO location's growth requires additional administration support that is client focused and has the capabilities to work directly with our equipment service group, sales, and operations personnel to foster excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Working with our Equipment Service department to schedule technicians
Enter work orders for equipment service from clients in our operating system
Order needed parts for each work order
Track parts shipments
Communicate with clients on the status of their work orders throughout the process
Skills & Qualifications:
Solid command of Microsoft Office to include: Word, basic Excel, e-mail, calendar, and Drive
Ability to learn, over time, our internal operating system with on-site training
High energy with a positive attitude
Ability to contribute to our branch efforts to serve clients most effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
