Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on door-to-door (D2D) residential sales and business-to-business (B2B) sales, targeting homeowners, property managers, and commercial businesses. You will educate prospects on our company, pest control services, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
D2D (Door-to-Door) Sales:
- Prospect and engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of proactive pest control.
- Conduct on-the-spot inspections and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales:
- Identify and approach key decision-makers in property management, hospitality, restaurants, and other commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, real estate agents, and facility managers.
- Present customized pest control solutions tailored to commercial needs.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
General Sales & Customer Service:
- Follow up with leads and referrals through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, pests, and treatment methods to position yourself as a knowledgeable consultant.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in D2D or B2B roles. (Pest control experience is a plus but not required.)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist professionally.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods (D2D role).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
