Job Requirements
Physical Demands
This is a physically demanding and safety-sensitive position that requires employees to move throughout the plant and use ladders to access presses. To support this role, employees must:
- Maintain production equipment through preventative maintenance processes, including mold machines, secondary equipment, and all related production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
- Maintain accurate service records for all equipment.
- Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Report daily activities to the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Strong mechanical background and knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and mold change procedures.
- Able to read and understand complex mechanical drawings.
- Excellent attendance record and strong collaborative approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Must have a strong work ethic, careful attention to detail, and be forward-thinking.
- Focused on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Physical Demands
