We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Sales Manager to join our sales team in our downtown New Orleans properties. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven individual passionate about AV solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients, corporate partners, and event planners.
- Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, upselling AV solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations to promote Royal Productions' services.
- Event Consultation & Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and recommend tailored AV solutions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of AV services for events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Work closely with on-site AV technicians and operational staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational and client satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of sales and operational strategies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
- Monitor and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on AV technology trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in AV sales, event production, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment, technology, and live event production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
