We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Sales Manager to join our sales team in our Tucson, AZ properties. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven individual passionate about AV solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients, corporate partners, and event planners.
Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, upselling AV solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations to promote Royal Productions' services.
Event Consultation & Planning :
Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and recommend tailored AV solutions.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
Oversee the planning and execution of AV services for events, ensuring seamless delivery.
Team Coordination & Leadership :
Work closely with on-site AV technicians and operational staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational and client satisfaction goals.
Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of sales and operational strategies.
Administrative Duties :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
Monitor and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on AV technology trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
Proven track record in AV sales, event production, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of AV equipment, technology, and live event production.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
