Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available units.
- Assist in the application process by collecting necessary documentation and performing data entry tasks accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance during leasing activities.
- Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks related to leasing, including filing documents and maintaining organized records in Yardi or similar property management software.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate administration or as a leasing agent is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and effective communication.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks, with attention to detail being essential.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations will be beneficial in this role.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
