*Job Overview* We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess leadership skills to manage a team effectively. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team's daily activities - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment - Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly - Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective practices - Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff - Collaborate with other departments to optimize facility operations *Skills* - Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage electrical systems - Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team - Experience in project management for maintenance projects - Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and HVAC systems - Familiarity with ohmmeters and logic controllers - Excellent communication skills in English
