- Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of employees, providing guidance and support, to include monitoring of Team Leaders assigned to accounts
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Conduct meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback; conduct employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations-Perform other duties as directed by company president
