Position Overview: As an Auto Body Technician Apprentice, you will work alongside seasoned technicians to learn and develop the skills required to perform automotive body repairs. Through a combination of on-the-job training and mentorship, you will gain valuable experience in diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the repair and restoration of vehicle bodies and frames under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Learn how to perform assessments of vehicle damage and assist in preparing repair estimates.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and assist with painting and refinishing vehicles.
• Perform basic tasks such as sanding, grinding, and welding.
• Assist with disassembling and reassembling vehicle parts as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience and Maximun 3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in automotive repair and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of automotive tools and equipment is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed
