The Oasis at Coral Reef is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to work with seniors in our assisted living and memory care community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting and a passion for improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily recreational and social activities for residents
- Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities, promoting socialization and physical engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive community culture through resident engagement
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents
- Attend required trainings and meetings
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
