Royal Shell Real Estate is looking for an Office Manager for an extremely busy real estate office. Two years of prior real estate office experience is required.

If you are detailed oriented, organized, and take pride in delivering world class customer service, this may be the job for you. In addition, we are looking for someone with a positive, go-to attitude, who can provide as much assistance as possible to our team of agents so they can lead our growth in Collier County. This position is full time, Monday through Friday and possibly other days as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee the processing of listings, contracts, advertising, supplies, and agents
  • Maintains Broker and Agent records in Appfiles
  • Review and pull Hot Sheets daily
  • Run expiring listing reports each month and emails agents when properties due to expire
  • Plan the floor schedule each month and enter it into Appfiles
  • Create the top producer report each month for Facebook posts
  • Track and process agent billing
  • Set up codes for agents in the postage machine
  • Handle new agent set up
  • Type and distribute sales meeting minutes
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorders supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all incoming invoices are routed to the proper people
  • Oversee Director of Frist Impressions duties
  • Keep the office neat, tidy, and well maintained at all times
  • Provide general agent support as needed with proofing, marketing, strategies, listing, and pending paperwork
  • Maintain current office roster
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance and your physical presence at the work site

Education/Experience:

  • Required Two years of prior experience as an Real Estate Office Manager
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Florida Real Estate License is a plus, if not currently, candidate must be willing to get in within one year of employment.
