The company is at an exciting inflection point as we continue to expand our existing brand portfolio and deepen relationships with new and existing customers. The Production Assembly III - Hooksticks Kitter's primary responsibilities will be to kit the parts needed for each order by referencing the sales order number in Syteline. After parts are kitted, this position is responsible for the disposition of materials and assigning the parts in Syteline, and the organization of assembly documents including blueprints and name plates. Once assembled the Kitter will then remove the finished product from the line, weigh each, and place it in the finished goods area of the Warehouse for shipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working under the direction of a group leader.
- Continually maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following written and verbal instructions.
- Operating forklifts and other machinery to move items onto and off shelving, trucks and loading docks.
- Ensuring orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution including packing, crating, loading, and securing.
- Safely operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Assisting with the assembly or crating of products on an as-needed basis.
- Complying with Disaster preparedness and Emergency Procedures.
- Following ISO type process work instructions and procedures.
- Actively complying with company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the highest level of process compliance and accuracy are maintained for all products.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check as parts pick-up and delivery will be done utilizing a company box truck between buildings.
- Must have experience in computer operation and data entry.
- Must possess current professional forklift certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., as many packages are large.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining internal and external customer relations.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
- Personal accountability and integrity are paramount, as a Production Assembly III Hooksticks Kitter is responsible for the condition and quantity of all products stored in and delivered from the Warehouse.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to accurately read and utilize tape measures, fabrication blueprints, and assembly documentation.
- Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
- Ability to work up to 6 days/week with Saturdays being on an as-needed basis.

RSMC offers a competitive pay package that includes an hourly wage paid weekly and a production bonus paid monthly totaling $21.00 per hour. $19.00 per hour is paid weekly. The production bonus is paid monthly, and pays a year-to-date average of $2.00 per hour.
