YOUR DAY
When you join our civil engineering company as a Grading Equipment Technician, your day starts with reviewing blueprints and project plans. You hop into the cab of the road grader, set the GPS, and get to work shaping the ground to the exact contours and elevations required. Every move you make is precise, guided by the GPS to match the specs. Along the way, you lead by example, training team members on finish grading when needed. By the end of the day, you've done your part to ensure the site is prepped and ready for the next phase.
YOUR HOURS
By joining our road grading team as a Grading Equipment Technician, you typically work 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience operating GPS-equipped road graders
- Proficiency with reading plans, specs, and drawings
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site to ensure project goals are met
