You typically work from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT DRIVER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're on the road, safely transporting equipment to and from construction sites to keep our projects on track, including out-of-town and out-of-state jobs. You perform pre-trip equipment inspections, properly secure the load, and ensure your load meets regulations and weight distribution requirements before heading out to your assigned job sites.
While you're driving, you follow all traffic rules and safety regulations. You communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients to optimize workflow and keep everyone on the same page. You perform basic truck maintenance, conduct post-trip inspections, and keep detailed records of your trips, contributing to successful projects.

- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- 3 years of experience transporting heavy equipment or oversized loads
- Proficiency with operating flatbeds, lowboys, and specialized trailers
- Knowledge of load securement, tie downs, weight limits, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and complete quality work with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to do overnight stays and travel out of state
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
