Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with online and telephone orders.
- Prepare meals for Uber Eats, DoorDash, and call-in orders.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Must be able to assist with FOH and BOH regularly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a friendly team atmosphere.
