Your future starts here! The Forklift Driver/Material Handler role at Royal supports our production and shipping/receiving departments. Our Material Handlers are excited and eager to play a vital role in assisting our company in delivering perfect products to our customers. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and shares in Royal's values. Based out of our Cullman, AL facility this position reports directly to the Materials Supervisor and supports 2nd shift (4pm-12am).

Job Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift
- Warehouse finished goods and raw material
- Supply manufacturing with raw materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Load and unload trucks
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to operate a forklift (sit down)
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed (8-12 hour shifts and/or potential Saturdays)
- Ability to work 2nd shift: 4pm-12am
- No Sunday work
- Weekly pay
- Quarterly bonuses based on profitability
