We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Royal Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing benefits programs, leave administration, and other HR duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Orienting new hires and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Administering benefits programs, including employee benefits, life changes, off-boarding, and unemployment cases.
- Managing leave administration, including reviewing, approving, tracking, and re-certifying leaves while ensuring compliance.
- Collaborating with providers, ASR, and employees to optimize benefits strategy and plan.
- Providing HR support to various teams and locations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA claims, ADA, and related federal and state regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
