What You'll Do
Royal Technologies is a company that is passionate about training and development. We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded individual who has a desire to jump in and learn our injection molding machines and processes. If hired, you'll spend 9-12 months working through a robust in-house training program, designed to develop you into a technical leader at Royal.You bring the eagerness to learn and we will equip you with the technical skills needed to help you grow into a supervisor role! Based out of our Cullman facility, this position reports to the Production Manager, and is supported by the bay (department) Injection Molding Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot injection molding processes and equipment. Problem-solve in order to develop corrective actions for customer issues and ideas for improvement
- Climb in and out of injection molding equipment in order to best perform mold and color changes
- Prioritize production orders and oversee the production of quality products to ensure our customer standards and needs are met
- Maintain the work area, equipment and molds to provide the team with an organized workplace and proper tools
- Responsible for machine safety and for following all prescribed lock out procedures
