Requirements:

Professional Training: Groomers must have completed full and professional training.

Experience: A minimum of three years of industry experience outside of training.

Skills: Proficiency in clipper and shear work, breed-specific patterns, and safe pet handling.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate, including client consultations and communication with colleagues.

Support Team: Groomers have the option to receive assistance from groomers' assistants for tasks like bathing, drying, and prep work.

Compensation:

Pay is commission-based, with tips, paid weekly.

Performance based weekly bonuses are available, as well as quarterly bonuses.

Commission rates vary based on experience, continued education, technique, time with the company, and the option to have a bather.

You are hired as a W2 employee, not a commissioned agent.
