Job Summary:
The Parts Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Inventory Control:
- Coordinate with the Corporate Purchasing and General Manager to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with Project Specialists to ensure timely order updates for truck upfitting.
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and organizing of parts.
- Execute cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage customer parts pick-up and will-call operations.
- Streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Work with Parts and Service departments to meet customer needs.
- Resolve issues related to order fulfillment or inventory discrepancies.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular safety training for staff as directed from Safety/Compliance Manager
Qualifications:
- 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the trucking or heavy-duty parts industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with cycle counts and customer-facing operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with truck and trailer parts is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
