Job Summary:

The Parts Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the loading and verification of parts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to customers and internal teams.
• Oversee the safe, efficient, and timely loading of parts for customer deliveries.
• Manage inventory control: receive, inspect, and restock products as necessary, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing, packing, and shipping of orders, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
• Inspect products for damages upon receipt and coordinate with the appropriate parties to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming parts in designated locations to ensure easy access and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Prepare orders for shipping and delivery in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring high standards of accuracy.
• Help dispatch drivers for deliveries and ensure routes are planned efficiently.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep up on regular vehicle maintenance to ensure safe and reliable transportation for deliveries.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Foster a professional, positive work environment, maintaining high standards of conduct, appearance, and communication with team members and clients.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to assist in daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. 2 plus years preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills to work with employees, customers, and management.
• Experience in dispatching and vehicle maintenance, with knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in shipping and receiving.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs. and operate material handling equipment safely.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must have experience with cycle counts.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
