Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for district administrators.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to student enrollment, attendance, and staff information.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, students, and staff, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of district communications, including newsletters and announcements.
